Exprimer la cause et la conséquence : le cours
C'est expliquer pourquoi quelque chose se passe (la cause) et ce qui en résulte (la conséquence). En anglais, on utilise des mots spéciaux pour faire ces liens.
Exemple
Because it was raining, we stayed inside. (Parce qu'il pleuvait, nous sommes restés à l'intérieur.) 'Because' montre la cause, et 'we stayed inside' est la conséquence.

Les mots clés sont : because (parce que), so (donc), as a result (en conséquence), therefore (par conséquent).
